The Essence of Winter (Contest) Winners

I along with some of the other judges had a very difficult time choosing the winners and I would have loved to have had more prizes to give out, but I just can't afford to do much more than this.
Aside from linksbane and me, there were another two judges who helped us narrow down the selection. Thank you AshleyxBrooke and ashleigha for your help.

Winter is the time of year when "shit is cold," as one of wise co-workers states. It is the time of the year when we all dress up in extra clothes or travel to escape the cold. For me, the Essence of Winter can be shown through any means that says to the viewing audience, "this shit is cold." I called upon all of you to show me some "cold shit," but some of you showed me other things that winter makes you think of, such as, "this cold shit is pretty!" Some of showed that starkness of winter with black and whites. Others showed the winds of winter. And one of you showed something none of us (judges) could figure out to save our lives.
Due to that, the next contest will be significantly more challenging. The next contest will require you as the artist to interpret a word, phrase of idea in a creative and note necessarily obvious way, but it will be a contest requirement to explain your interpretation in a clear way. It will be judged on creativity, firstly and specifically, then skill.
